📦 Upon Delivery

Customers have the right to open and inspect all items before accepting the order from the courier.

This allows them to check the size, fabric, quality, and color before completing the delivery

🧩 Partial Delivery (Receiving Part of the Order)

If the customer has ordered multiple items, they are allowed to:

• Receive part of the order and return part of it
• during inspection
• Up to a maximum of 3 items

The courier will directly collect any items the customer chooses not to take.

🔁 Exchange or Return With the Courier (At the Door)

If the customer decides to return or exchange any item during delivery:

• The item can be handed back to the courier immediately
• Only the shipping fee will be charged

This makes the process quick, smooth, and hassle-free.

❗ If the Customer Receives the Order Without Inspection

If the customer accepts the order without checking it at the door, they are still eligible for:

• Exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving the order
• The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
• An additional shipping fee (pickup + redelivery) will be required since the order was already delivered

🚚 How Exchange/Return Works After Delivery

• The customer must contact our Customer Service team within the allowed timeframe
• A courier will be sent to collect the item from the same delivery address
• After inspection, we will either:
  
• Send the replacement item
  or
• Process the refund after deducting the shipping fee
