Shipping policy

After the customer places an order, our Customer Service team will contact the customer by phone call or WhatsApp message to confirm the order before it is shipped.

Orders are only processed and shipped after confirmation.

Once the order is confirmed, it is prepared and shipped immediately.

Delivery time is within 48 hours only for all confirmed orders.

We deliver to all areas inside Egypt.

Some remote areas may require extra delivery time.

• If the customer does not answer the confirmation call or message, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

• Please make sure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delays.
